I am a fully qualified senior-level Project Manager with over 37 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, including 25 years at the Project Manager/Contracts Manager level or above.
Throughout my career, I have worked on projects under all forms of JCT Contract Works, as well as speculative housebuilding, all at a senior level, and I have been a Managing Director of my own business. I have worked as Project Manager on projects valued at over £ 150 million and, as Contracts Manager, have been responsible for multiple projects well in excess of this.
I understand not only the importance of construction delivery but also the essential processes that underpin any successful project. Delivering a quality product on time, safely, to budget and with zero defects is paramount.
Managing Client’s expectations and being able to offer concise, accurate and professional advice throughout this whole journey is also fundamental.
I enjoy working with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors throughout the construction process, and I believe my professional, methodical approach brings out the best in everyone involved.
